The romanisation available are ALA-LC, DIN-31635, ArabTeX and an ad-hoc romanisation based on ALA-LC which should work in all browsers just like ArabTeX romanisation.
Currently, only the basic letters used for writing Arabic are included in the module. Other languages use more letters.
Please note that this module only contains a small number of ligatures. Expect many more in real life!
The name for the digits is a bit difficult, so I used the name the Unicode Standard uses. The ‘Arabic-Arabic’ digits are called ‘Arabic-Indic’, and the ‘European-Arabic’ are simply ‘Arabic’ digits.
Thanks a lot to François Sidoroff for proof-reading and checking the module and giving helpful advice!
Enjoy!
